In 1986 , Pat and Jane Sallee processed a deer for a neighbor. What started out as a favor soon grew into a small business with the help of family, friends and their six children. Today, we are one of the largest wild game processors in the state of Oklahoma.
What We Do
We are a custom processor for hunters during the Oklahoma deer season. From field dressed to freezer we offer a variety of services. These include smoked sausages, fresh sausages, and jerky. All meat is carefully trimmed and vacuum packaged for freezer longevity.
